Mr. Bobby Gene Adams, of Berry, KY. passed away Thursday, July 2 at the Harrison Memorial Hospital in Cynthiana, KY. at the age of 55. Bobby was born March 10, 1960 in Georgetown, KY. to Gene and Patricia Bailey Adams. Bobby was a truck driver for many years and drove for JRS Trucking as well as many others. He was a veteran and had served his country in the United States Army. Bobby was preceded in death by a stepson: Aaron Shafto in 2013. Bobby leaves to mourn his passing his wife: Deborah Lucas Adams, his parents: Gene Adams and Patricia Bailey Adams of Cordova, KY., a daughter: Molly Handy of Crittenden, KY., stepdaughters: Danielle Hunter of Oklahoma City, OK, CeCeila Scharf of Williamstown, KY., a stepson: Dax Hunter of Oklahoma City, OK., 1 sister: Kim Adams of Berry, KY., 1 brother: Mike Adams of Berry, KY. and he was blessed with 6 grandchildren. Funeral services for Mr. Bobby Gene Adams will be conducted 11:00 am Monday, July 6 in the chapel of the McDaniel Funeral Home, Corinth with Rev. Dennis Jackson officiating. Visitation will be there on Sunday, July 5 from 4:00 - 8:00 pm. Burial will be in the Corinth Cemetery. Memorial contributions if desired may be directed to the Diabetes Foundation.
