Generoso Abbatiello

Generoso Abbatiello, of Dry Ridge, KY. passed away Friday, December 13 in the emergency room of St. Elizabeth Williamtown at the age of 61. Mr. Abbatiello was born November 17, 1952 in Yonkers, New York to the late Daniel and Mary Corbet Abbatiello. Mr. Abbatiello was a stationary engineer for St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood and a United States Navy veteran. He was a Mason and a member of the Park Avenue Club in Newport. Mr. Abbatiello enjoyed hunting, fishing, going on ocean cruises and he especially enjoyed spending time with his 2 grandchildren. Mr. Abbatiello leaves to mourn his passing his wife: Brenda Schoonover Abbatiello, 2 daughters: Brenda Kay Abbatiello-Auel of Dry Ridge, KY. and Yolanda Nicole Abbatiello of Dry Ridge, KY., 3 sisters: Geraldine Abbatiello of Pawling, NY., Peggy Abbatiello of Yonkers, NY., and Barbara Ann McBride of Mahopac, NY. He was blessed with 2 grandchildren:d Wyatt Gregory Auel and Brooklyn Donada Auel both of Dry Ridge, KY. Visitation for Mr. Abbatiello will be on Tuesday, December 17 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm in the chapel of the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home, Dry Ridge.
