Duard Bramlett

Mr. Duard Bell Bramlett, of Owen County, KY. passed away Saturday, October 5 at St. Elizabeth Edgewood at the age of 84. Mr. Bramlett was born June 3, 1929 in Monterey, Kentucky to the late Robert C. Bramlett and Southie Honaker Bramlett. Mr. Bramlett was a farmer and a member of the Harmony Baptist Church in Owen County. He enjoyed working in his garden, fishing and playing bluegrass music with a fiddle, banjos and most any other instrument. Mr. Bramlett leaves to mourn his passing his wife: Mary Smith Bramlett, 1 daughter: Linda Dougherty of Williamstown, KY., 2 sons: Duard Lee Bramlett of Cordova, KY. and Gary Wayne Bramlett of Owenton, KY., 2 sisters: Ruby Green of Owenton, KY. and Mildred Rutherford of Frankfort, KY. He was blessed with 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Funeral services for Mr. Bramlett will be conducted 2:00 pm Tuesday, October 8 in the chapel of the McDaniel Funeral Home, Corinth. Visitation will be there on Tuesday from 12:00 noon - 2:00 pm. Burial will be in the Beechwood Cemetery, Owen County.
