Daisy Monroe

Mrs. Daisy Monroe of Williamstown, KY. passed away Wednesday, June 5 at her residence at the age of 84. Mrs. Monroe was born in Kentucky on August 11, 1928 to the late William Cannon and Anne Chipman Cannon. Mrs. Monroe was a retired administrative clerk for Western-Southern Life Insurance Co. and at the time of her passing was a member of the West Covington Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Monroe was preceded in death by her husband, Freeman Monroe, by a sister: Edna Agee and by a niece: Cozetta Green. Mrs. Monroe leaves to mourn her passing 2 nephews: Dale Agee of Jonesville, KY. & Roy Agee of Arizona, 1 niece: Nancy Arnold of Arizona. Funeral services for Mrs. Monroe will be conducted 1:00 pm Monday, June 10 in the chapel of the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Ellis officiating. Visitation will be there on Monday from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. Burial will be in the Jonesville I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
