Irene Davis, of Corinth, KY. passed away Wednesday, April 4 in Sadieville at the age of 93. Mrs. Davis was born October 12, 1918 in Sadieville, KY. to the late Mr. and Mrs. Albert McCoy. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her husband: James Thad Davis and by a brother Donald Davis. Mrs. Davis leaves to mourn her passing 3 sons: Tommy Cannon of Corinth, KY., Ronnie Cannon and Roy Cannon both of Sadieville, KY. She has 1 sister: Juanita Edwards of Lexington, KY. and a brother: Weber Davis of Cynthiana, KY. She has several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Davis will be conducted 10:00 am Saturday, April 7 in the chapel of the McDaniel Funeral Home, Corinth. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday, April 6 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm. Burial will be in the Sadieville Cemetery.
