Jerry Dean Smith

November 24, 1945 - February 16, 2012

Jerry Dean Smith, of Silver Grove, KY. passed away Thursday, February 16 at St. Elizabeth Ft. Thomas at the age of 66. Mr. Smith was born Nov. 24, 1945 to the late Rufus and Ruth Smith. Mr. Smith was a retired meat cutter for Winn-Dixie Grocery Stores and served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Mr. Smith was an avid golfer. Mr. Smith is survived by a daughter: Scottie Smith of Knoxville, TN., 2 grandchildren: Steven Frazier and Katie Smith, both of Knoxville, TN. and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Thursday February 24, 2012 at 10:00 am at the california Golf Course located at 5920 Kellogg Avenue Cincinnati, OH 45230, www.cincygolf.org
