Thomas Wayne Russell, 3 days old, passed away on Monday, August 1 at the Children's Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. Thomas was born at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood, KY. on July 30. Thomas is survived by his parents: Shawn Coker and Tiffany Russell of Crittenden, KY. He has 2 brothers: Christopher Kendall of Dry Ridge, KY. and Kysan Bailey of Carter County, KY. Graveside services and burial for little Thomas will be conducted 1:00 pm Saturday, August 6 at the Williamstown Cemetery with Rev. Howard Chipman officiating. There will be no visitation. Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home of Dry Ridge, KY. has been entrusted with these arrangements.
