Florence Marie Dailey

October 28, 1938 - June 11, 2010

Florence Marie Dailey, of Beechwood in Owen County, passed away Friday, June 11 at the New Horizons Medical Center in Owenton at the age of 71. Mrs. Dailey was born October 28, 1938 in Georgetown, KY. to the late Sam Hunter and Mary Shields Hunter. Mrs. Dailey was a homemaker and a member of the Shiloh Full Gospel Church near Corinth. Mrs. Dailey is survived by her husband, Bob Dailey and by a daughter, Barbara Offutt of Owenton, KY. and 2 sons, Bobby Dailey, Jr. of Stamping Ground, KY. and Jimmy Dailey of Owenton, KY. She is also survived by a brother, Calvin Devers of Corinth, KY. She has 8 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Elizabeth Hunter and by a brother, Charles Hunter. Funeral services for Mrs. Dailey will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, June 15 at the Shiloh Full Gospel Church with Bro. Floyd Race and Bro. Sanford Walker, Jr. officiating. Visitation will be at the church on Monday from 5-9 pm. Burial will be in the Corinth Cemetery.
