Ruby Higgins, 63, of Corinth, passed away Thursday, December 17 at the St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood, KY. She was born October 7, 1946 in Corinth, KY. to the late William Eckler and Rosetta Claypool Eckler. She was a self employed care giver and she is survived by her husband: James E. Higgins. She has two sisters: Patty Lawrence of Dry Ridge, KY. and Helen King of Apple Valley, California. The family has chosen cremation for Mrs. Higgins and there will be no visitation. Services will be later and at the convenience of the family.
