James C. Collins

James C. Collins, 81, of Dry Ridge, passed away Sunday, August 23 at 3:00 pm in the St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Williamstown, KY. He was born June 25, 1928 in Elliston, KY. to the late Ashby Collins and Cora Castleman Collins. He was a retired heavy equipment operator for the Kentucky Department of Transportation and a member of the Vine Run Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Berdena Stewart Collins. He has 1 daughter: Katrina Hollis of Dry Ridge, KY. He has 2 sons: Terry J. Collins of Dry Ridge, KY. and Randy L. Collins of Dry Ridge, KY. He has 1 sister: Beatrice Atha of Dry Ridge, KY. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
