Judith M. Suttles, 64, of Florence, KY., passed away Thursday, March 19, 2009 at 2:45 pm. She was born April 22, 1944 in Cutler, Illinois to the late Kenneth Milligan and Faye Eldridge Milligan. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband: Philip W. Suttles. Also surviving are 3 daughters: Monica Roads of Ft. Mitchell, KY., Tracy Smithers and Sherry Roads, both of Florence, KY. 1 Step Daughter: Beverly Pennington of Florida. 1 Son: T. L. Roads of Minot, North Dakota. 1 Sister: Mary Sue Dada of Amman, Jordan. 1 Brother: Clinton Milligan of Cutler, Illinois. She has 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Suttles was preceded in death by a stepson: Philip D. Suttles in 2008.
