Kathryn Lee Campbell, 52, of Hebron, KY., died Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2008 at the St. Luke Hospital West in Florence, KY. She was born October 7, 1956 in Covington, KY. to Dorothy Gordon Gayhart and the late Jack Gayhart. She was disabled but had formerly worked as a waitress. She was a member of the Violet Ridge Church of Christ in Crittenden, KY. She is survived by a daughter: Leigh Ann Spence of Hebron, KY., and by a son: Matthew Scudder of Hebron, KY. Also survived by her mother: Dorothy Gordon Gayhart of Crittenden, KY. 1 Brother: Tony Gayhart of Hebron, KY. 2 Sister: Barb Jones of Dry Ridge, KY., and Debbie Tapp of Lynchburg, VA. Also survived by 2 grandchildren.
