Clarice Naomi Willoughby

Clarice Naomi "Sis" Willoughby, 80, of Dry Ridge, died Tuesday at 8:25 pm in the St. Elizabeth Medical Center, South in Edgewood, KY. She was born on April 22, 1928 in Grant County, KY. to the late Charlie Scroggins and Segerna Hutton Scroggins. She was a homemaker and a member of the Stewartsville Baptist Church. She was the widow of David "Dan" Willoughby who died in 1999. She was also preceded in death by a son: Mike Willoughby in 2000. She is survived by a grandson: Scott Willoughby of Dry Ridge, KY. and by a sister: Helen Simpson of Williamstown, KY.
