LeRoy Drysdale

LeRoy Drysdale, 89, of Dry Ridge, died Sunday at 3:30 am in the St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood, KY. He was born on Oct. 3, 1919 in Boone County, KY. to the late James Drysdale and Shirley Anderson Drysdale. He was a retired Postal Service employee having worked in the Dalton Street Post Office in Cincinnati, OH. He was a World War II Air Force veteran. He was a member and deacon of the Sherman Baptist Church where he also taught sunday school and served as sunday school superintendent. He was preceded in death by a daughter: Robin Jill Drysdale Jones who died in 1979. He is survived by his wife: Juanita Clontz Drysdale. Also survived by a son: Mike Drysdale of Dry Ridge, KY. 3 Grandchildren: Doug Drysdale of Crittenden, KY., Jennifer Myatt of Dry Ridge, KY. and Chelsy Drysdale of Dry Ridge, KY. 1 Great Grandson: Dawson Myatt of Dry Ridge, KY.
