Darius Clifton Pettit, 59, of Dry Ridge, died Friday, Nov. 7 at his residence. He was born in Grant County, KY. on Nov. 27, 1948 to the late Ralph Pettit and Iva Lee Webster Pettit. He was a retired truck driver and a member of the Clark's Creek Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife: Sonnie Pettit in 2005. He is survived by a son: Gannon Pettit of Dry Ridge, KY. 2 Daughters: Lisa Blackburn and Darcey Cavins, both of Dry Ridge, KY. 4 Sisters: Phyllis Beach, Monica Schneider, Patsy Wright and Pamela Geohring, all of Dry Ridge, KY. 2 Brothers: Anthony Pettit and Dennis Pettit, both of Dry Ridge, KY. 6 Grandchildren and 3 Step Grandchildren.
