Mr. Edmondson was a member and deacon of the Vine Run Baptist Church. He was a former member of the Dry Ridge City Council and was a former mayor of Dry Ridge. He was a founder of Central States Sewage Systems, later to be known as the Clow Corporation. He was a Kentucky Colonel and a Kentucky Admiral.
