Betty Jean Julick

Betty Jean Julick, age 84, passed away peacefully on October 4, 2026, in Edgewood, Kentucky.

Born on March 6, 1942, in Boone County, Kentucky, Betty was the daughter of Julian Feback and Anna Catherine Waters Ford.

She was a trailblazer in her professional life, breaking barriers by working as a auto body technician at JC Richardson for 30 years before her retirement.

Outside of her career, Betty was an avid gardener who loved gardening of any kind, tending to her plants with the same patience and care she gave to everything in life. Her home was also filled with love, and for her beloved cats, who brought her immense companionship and happiness.

She is survived by her significant other of 35 years, Harley Hodge of Corinth, Kentucky; four sons, Dennis Williamson of Ohio, Gregory Williamson of Warsaw, Kentucky, Robert Williamson of Falmouth, Kentucky, James Julick of Burlington, Kentucky; her brother, Donald Ford of Oklahoma; her sister, Mary Sayah of Indiana; and was the proud grandmother to 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Betty was reunited in death with her son, Terry Williamson; and her four brothers, John, Franklin, James, and Ricky.

Services for Ms. Julick will be private and at the convenience of the family.
