Cathy Ann Arnett

Cathy Ann Arnett , 56, of Ludlow, KY, formerly of Grant County, passed away Thursday July 23, 2020 at University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center. Born July 26, 1963 in Covington, KY, she was the daughter of the late George Lee and Marie Elliott Crouch.

On August 6, 1983 Cathy was united in marriage to Steve Ray Arnett, he survives. She was a Processing Specialist with Fidelity Investments in Covington. In her leisure time she loved crocheting and reading but she was affectionately known as an animal lover and will fondly be remembered for her love for kids. She was a member of Eggleston Methodist Church.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 37 years, Steve Arnett; two daughters: Susan (Brandon) Gerding of Independence, Sarah Arnett of Independence; two sisters: Pam Lee (John) Vehige of Independence and Karen (Michael) Spicer of Covington. Two grandchildren, who lovingly called her “Maw Maw” also survive: Alexis Mae Gerding and Brandon Lee Philip Gerding.

Visitation will be Wednesday July 29, 2020 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Homes – Dry Ridge. Funeral services will be Thursday July 31 at 10.00 a.m. with Rev. Howard Chipman officiating. Burial will follow in the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery in Jonesville.
