Surviving is his wife, Lindsey Marie Tomlison Atha of Erlanger; 1 son, Landon Lee Atha of Crittenden; 1 daughter, Mallory Lynn Atha of Crittenden; 1 brother, Gregory Allan Atha of Warsaw; 1 sister, Kristin Elizabeth Atha of Crittenden; his mother, Denise Gosser Atha of Crittenden; his father, Greg Atha of Williamstown; maternal grandparents Haskel and Nevada Gosser of Verona; and paternal grandmother, Judy Atha of Williamstown.

Graveside services will be at 11:00am Friday, June 3, 2022 in the New Bethel Cemetery, Verona, KY
