Debbie Kay Neal

Debbie Kay Neal, 56, of Williamstown, KY, passed away on Wednesday December 17, 2025 at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Born on April 17, 1969 in Covington, KY, she was the daughter of the late Vernon Woodrow and Oma Jean Jackson Stidams.

Debbie was united in marriage to Eugene Raleigh; he survives. She worked as a cashier at Wal-Mart for many years. She will long be remembered for her love for Hallmark Christmas Movies and shopping in Gatlinburg but her greatest fulfillment in life came from spending time with her beautiful family. Loving over her dog, “Daisy” and mowing her lawn also brought her much satisfaction.

In addition to her husband, Eugene, she leaves to carry on her legacy, three sons: Justin (Britney) Neal, Cody (Maci) Neal, Nick Neal, all of Dry Ridge, KY; four daughters: Desiree (Mike) Scroggins of Corinth, KY, Samantha (Alex) Greenwell of Dry Ridge, KY, Courtney (Tony) Tribuani of Dry Ridge, KY, Brittany Neal of Williamstown, KY; two brothers: Darrel Stidams of the State of California, Vernon (Bobbie) Stidams of Crittenden, KY and Mona Stidams of the State of Pennsylvania, along with 13 grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tuesday December 23, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Stanley Funeral Homes – Williamstown. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 with Rev. Derrick Gambrell officiating. Burial will follow in Hill Crest Cemetery in Dry Ridge.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made in Debbie’s memory to Stanley Funeral Homes.
