Everett Dale Musgrave

Everett Dale Musgrave , 72, Lebanon, OH, formerly of Dry Ridge, KY, died Wednesday November 20, 2019 at Hospice Care Center of Butler-Warren in Middletown, OH. Son of the late Alva Dale and Lucille Deringer Musgrave, he was born February 13, 1947 in Ohio.

After 41 years as a technician with A T & T, he retired. He proudly served his country during the Vietnam War in the United States Air Force. He was a member of the Knoxville Baptist Church in Grant Co.

Survivors include one daughter Kelli (Joey) Bube of Dry Ridge, KY; one son: Geoff Everett Musgrave of Dry Ridge, KY; one sister: Alice (Phil) Anderson of Toledo, OH; one brother: John David (Barb) Musgrave of Lima, OH and the mother of his children: Carol Musgrave; eight grandchildren also survive. He was preceded in death by a sister: Janet Marie Amburgy, his step-mother: Sue Musgrave and one grandchild.

Visitation will Monday November 25, 2019 from 9:30 a.m. – 12 Noon at Emmanuel Baptist Church (495 Old 122 Rd.  Lebanon, OH 45036) . Funeral services will be at 12 Noon with Rev. John Musgrave and Pastor Richard Ross officiating. ***Burial will be Wednesday November 27, 2019 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-North (KVC-N) in Williamstown, KY at 1:00 p.m. with full military honors.

Serving as pallbearers will be: Lamar Fowler, Geoff Musgrave, Tyler Riggs, Joey Musgrave, Dylan Musgrave and Ron Hamilton.
