Frances Jean Caskey Howard

Frances Jean Caskey Howard of Williamstown, KY was born March 15, 1931 in West Liberty, KY and died Sunday, May 10, 2026 in Williamstown, KY at the age of 95.

She was the daughter of the late Kelly and Betty Combs Caskey. She was a homemaker and a member of the Williamstown Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Franklin Howard. In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by an infant son, a daughter, Deborah Roberts, and brother, Charles Caskey.

Surviving is her daughter, Brenda Howard of Cincinnati; four grandchildren, Mallory Sprankel of Williamstown, Jimmy Roberts of Dry Ridge, Chad Roberts of Northern KY, and Taylor Eldridge of Lexington; and seven great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at the New Vine Run Cemetery with visitation at 1:00pm and the services to begin at 1:30pm Thursday, May 14, 2026 at the cemetery.
