Gregory Louis Pike

Gregory Louis Pike, of Covington, KY, passed away on Saturday March 28, 2026, one day after his 72nd birthday, at The Waters of Rising Sun Nursing Home in Rising Sun, IN. Born on March 27, 1954, he was the son of the late Louis Monroe and Betty Mae Mullins Pike.

Upon graduating from Simon Kenton High School, he proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He had been a mechanic for Dolly Madison Foods for many years. He had a love for race cars and motorcycles; he also enjoyed watching Gunsmoke. Greg endured many tough challenges in life but will be remembered as being a good person and would do anything for anyone. He was a member of the Philadelphia Church of God in Dayton, OH.

Survivors include three brothers: Kent (John) Lazenby of Palm Springs, CA, Timothy Pike of Sparta, KY, Rodney (Connie) Pike of LaGrange, KY; one sister, Candace Brewer of Corinth, KY, along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Graveside services will be conducted on Wednesday April 8, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery – North (KVC-N).
