Idris Raymond Howard

Idris Raymond Howard, 88, of Kings Mountain, KY, died Thursday April 22, 2021 at Ephraim-McDowell Medical Center in Danville.  Born October 17, 1932 in Cynthiana, KY, he was the son of the late Raymond Stanley and Eula Denny Howard.

Idris spent his entire life in the music industry as a musician.  He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

One sister survives, Nadine Eulalia (Richard Nelson Cook) Howard of Benton, KY. He was preceded in death by a stillborn brother, Lance Howard.

A graveside service, with full military honors, were conducted on Tuesday April 27, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery – North (KVC-N) with Rev. Josh Cummins officiating.
