James Jeffery Sandlin

James Jeffery Sandlin was born Nov. 4, 1965 in Dayton, Ohio and passed away Aug. 13, 2022 in Verona, Kentucky at the age of 56.  He was the son of Betty Lou Brock Sandlin of Williamstown and the late Billy Sandlin.

Jeff, as he was better known, was a Weigh Station Attendant.  In his free he was an avid reader and also enjoyed antiquing.

In addition to his mother, Betty, Jeff is survived by a son: Aaron Sandlin, of Walton; two sisters: Phyllis Smith of Dry Ridge and Cindy Estep of Walton; two nieces: Jenna Hunt of Sparta and Kayla Trimble (Matt) of Cincinnati; and a nephew: Jason Smith of Dry Ridge.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Douglas Sandlin, and a sister, Elaine York.

Funeral services will be 12:00 PM, Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2022 at Community Family Church, 11875 Taylor Mill Rd, Independence, KY 41051.  Visitation will also be Tuesday from 10:00 AM until time of services at the church.  Burial will be in the Deerfield Cemetery in South Lebanon, OH.
