Janet Kinman Miles

Janet Faye Kinman Miles, age 74, a resident of Perry Park, KY, passed away on July 15, 2025 at Baptist East Hospital in Louisville, KY.  Born September 15, 1951, Janet was the daughter of the late Alfred and Roberta Scott Kinman.  She is survived by her husband, Terry Wayne Miles of 54 years, two sisters, Barbara Kinman and Alberta O'Connor, both of Warsaw, KY, and her beloved cats Lucky and Hissy.  Siblings preceding her in death were Linda Higgins, Betty Russel and Ricky Kinman.  

During her journey in life, she graduated from Gallatin County High School in 1969.  She went on to graduate from Thomas More College with her bachelor's degree and continued her career as an accountant where she retired after 37yrs from Balluff Inc., Independence, KY.  Janet was a hard worker, dedicated employee and very punctual.  She was a member of the Glencoe Church of Christ.  She loved vacationing in the mountains and was an excellent cook.  Sadly she will be missed by those who knew her, but not forgotten.

A committal service will be held on Monday, July 21, 2025 at 11am at the KY Veteran's Cemetery, North, in Williamstown, KY.  Bro. Ken Lafferty will be officiating services.
