Joan MacNeil of Verona was born Sunday, April 4, 1937 in Newark, NJ and died Saturday, February 6, 2021 at Ft. Thomas, KY at the age of 83.
She was the daughter of the late Rocco Antinio and Dorothy Mae Stout Messina, and a retired proof reader for Jersey Bell.
Surviving is a daughter, Karen Santagiuliana, 3 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
Private family services will take place at a later date at the convenience of the family.
