Jason Thomas Orsburn, beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, was born on June 16, 1970, in Covington, Kentucky. He departed this life on June 16, 2025, at his residence after a sudden heart attack, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and dedication that will not be forgotten.
Jason proudly served the community through a career that spanned over 25 years with U.P.S., where he was known for his strong work ethic and reliability. His quiet and humble demeanor endeared him to colleagues and friends alike, making him a trusted figure in their lives.
He was a graduate of Grant County High School, Class of 1988. Jason enjoyed the simple pleasures in life, and his passion for the outdoors was evident in his love for hunting and working diligently in his vegetable garden. An avid firearm collector, he possessed the unique ability to repair and fix nearly anything, always willing to lend a hand to family and friends with their projects. His interests extended to gaming, which provided him joy and relaxation.
Jason was deeply connected to his family, cherishing the moments spent with his mother, Judith Sharon Coomer Orsburn, and sister, Michelle (David) Schimpff. He delighted in the company of his nieces and nephews: Alex Schimpff, Kate (Cameron) Barnes, Anderson Schimpff, and Parker Schimpff, as well as several great-nieces and great-nephews, all of whom held a special place in his heart.
He was preceded in death by his father, Clayton Thomas Orsburn, whose memory Jason carried with him throughout his life.
