Jeffrey Scott Burnett

Jeffrey Scott Burnett, 63, of Dry Ridge, KY, entered his heavenly home on Friday June 20, 2025 after a brief illness at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center - Florence. Born on July 9, 1961, in Somerset, KY, he was the son of the late Eugene and Doris Ann Sears Burnett.

On June 30, 1979 Jeffrey was united in marriage to the former Angela Sue Barnett; she survives. He served as a manager for Atkins and Pearce Inc. in Covington. As a pastime, he loved deer hunting and vegetable gardening, but his greatest fulfillment came from fishing and sightseeing with his grandson, Noah. He was a member of Unity Baptist Church in Demossville.

Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Angela Sue Barnett Burnett; one daughter: Pamela Michelle Burnett of Dry Ridge, KY; one brother, Rick Burnett of Dry Ridge, KY; his grandson: Noah Scott Begley of Dry Ridge, KY and seven nephews: Daniel Burnett, Matthew Burnett, Richie Burnett, David Schneider, Andy Schneider, Christopher Schneider and Ross Burnett. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Stephen Burnett; a sister, Pamela Schneider; a nephew, Adam Burnett; his paternal grandma, Luticha Burnett and his maternal granny, Burtha Sears.

Visitation with be Saturday June 28, 2025 from 12:00 noon till 2:00 p.m. at Eckler - McDaniel Funeral Home in Dry Ridge. Funeral services will begin at 2:00.
