Joe E Warren

Joe E Warren, 65, of Williamstown, KY passed away at St. Elizabeth Hospice Center in Edgewood on Tuesday May 3, 2022. Born Sunday September 9, 1956 in Salem, IN, he was the son of the late Donivan Ray and Ethel Mae Hall Warren.

Joe was united in marriage on December 2, 1973 to the former Vicky Darlene Cook; she survives. He was a self-employed heavy equipment operator. He was a very patriotic individual and loved riding motorcycles. Among the things of which he will be he remembered, they include: he never met a stranger, he was a “one of a kind” person, he was a “jack of all trades - master of none”, he was always helping people, willing to give the shirt off his back to help a perfect stranger but… his greatest legacy is his unparalleled love for his family, especially, his grandchildren. He proudly served our country in the United States Army.

I n addition to his wife of 49 years, Vicky, he leaves to mourn his passing; three sons: Shane E (Debbie) Warren, Steven Jesse Warren, Jesse Garrett Warren, all of Williamstown; two daughters: Shannon Darlene (Michael) Caldwell of Crittenden, KY,  Mandy Jo (Phillip) Wolfe of Williamstown, KY; five brothers: Chuck Warren of Paoli, IN, Ronnie (Carolyn) Warren of Paoli, IN, Jerry Richardson of Riverside, OH, John (Amy) Warren of Columbus, IN, Phillip (Tammy) Warren of Paoli, IN; five sisters: Louise Mason of Paoli, IN, Donna (Ronnie) Traumbaugh of Mitchell, IN, Tootie (Ralph) Burton of French Lick, IN, Amy Herring of Paoli, IN and Eva Hill of Paoli, IN.  Twelve grandchildren also survive: Kristin, Jacob, Kimberly, Charlotte, Amanda, C.J., Ashley, Joe Joe, Shalyn, Austin, Simon and Ethan, along with seven great-grandchildren: Carson, Abel, Maylin, Lola, Raelynn, Tinker and Hudson and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a daughter: Candy Jo Warren and a sister: Carolyn McDonald.

A “Celebration of Life” will be held Saturday May 14, 2022 at 12 noon at Paoli Christian Church, located at 1700 W. Hospital Rd.  Paoli, IN 47454
