John Thomas Heath, Ii

John Thomas Heath, II was born January 6, 1969 in Kettering, Ohio and passed away April 16, 2020 in Williamstown, Kentucky at the age of 51.  He was the son of the late Mildred Lesby Gausby Miller and John Thomas Heath, I.

On Sept. 17, 2011 John was united in marriage to Linda Eleanor Bates Heath.  In addition to his wife, John is survived by a son: Austin Heath of Huber Heights, OH; a daughter: Samantha Lovy of Huber Heights, OH; 3 stepsons: Robert Puthoff (Janine) of Olympia, WA, Jonathan Puthoff of Pomona, CA, and William Puthoff (Andrea) of Columbus, GA; and 2 sisters: Marjorie of Kettering, OH and Teresa Trude (Martin) of Kettering, OH.

He was an HVAC Technician and a member of the Church of Scientology of Greater Cincinnati, 283 Main St., Florence, KY  41042.  He was an avid Bridge player and enjoyed fishing.  He also loved video gaming.

Private memorial services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
