Judy Skeens

Judy Skeens of Williamstown, KY was born September 29, 1946, in Ball Fork, KY and died Saturday, November 1, 2025, at her residence at the age of 79 years.

She was the daughter of the late Clarence Lee and Vada Judy Ball Smith. She was a homemaker, a member of the Hardy Church of Christ, and attended at Mt. Olivet Christian Church, Williamstown. She was united in marriage to her husband Ricky Skeens on Dec. 21, 1966.

Surviving is her husband, Ricky Skeens of Williamstown; daughter, Janet Chapman of Williamstown; son, Clarence Skeens of Kentucky; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and brother, Solly Smith of Hardy, KY.

A memorial service will take place at 1:00pm Sunday, November 9, 2025, at the Mt Olivet Christian Church, Williamstown, with visitation 12:00-1:00pm at the church.
