Kimberly L. Gibbs Barrett

Kimberly L. Gibbs Barrett of the Napoleon-Zion Station community was born in Richmond, IN September 10, 1961 and died in Edgewood, KY April 15, 2026 at the age of 64.

She was the daughter of the late Donald Eugene and Dorothy Lucille Lacy Gibbs. She was a homemaker and a member of the Pleasant View Baptist Church. She was united in marriage to her husband, Jeffrey Steven Barrett Sr. on Jan. 19, 1979.

Surviving is her husband, Jeffrey Steven Barrett Sr. of Dry Ridge; sons, Jeffrey Barrett, Jr and Jonathan Barrett both of Dry Ridge; daughters, Dorothy Barrett, McKenzie Barrett, Lindzie Barrett and Patience Barrett all of Dry Ridge; 8 grandchildren; brothers, Daniel Gibbs of Dry Ridge, Allen Gibbs of Connersville, IN and Donald Gibbs of Winchester, IN; and sisters, Jennifer Barrett of Connersville, IN and Victoria Stevens of Dry Ridge.

Visitation will be 11:00am-1:00pm Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at the Pleasant View Baptist Church. Funeral services will also be on Tuesday at 1:00pm at the church with burial to follow at the family cemetery.
