Patricia Ann Pugh, 77, of Falmouth, KY, passed away on Saturday January 24, 2026 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center – Edgewood. Born on July 26, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Virgil and Ocie Mildred Curtis Hale.
She was married to Harold Dana Pugh; he preceded her in death on May 29, 2014. Patricia received her Associates Degree in Nursing; she served as an LPN for various nursing homes. Among her pastimes, she loved crafts, horseback riding and deer hunting.
Survivors include two sons: Michael Wagner of Butler, KY, Chris (Gina) Wagner of Falmouth, KY; one step-daughter, Sandi Hacker of Texas; one brother: Arnold Hale and two sisters: Marilyn (AC) Sizemore and Juanita Morgan. Two grandchildren also survive: Eric (Ashley) Wagner, Karrina (Denny) O’Toole, along with 5 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, David Hale.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
