Rachael Gail Combs

Rachael Gail Combs, 46, of Williamstown, KY, peacefully passed away on September 23, 2026, at the Grant Center. Born on December 20, 1979, in Covington, KY, she was the cherished daughter of Barry Allen Sowder and Patricia Ann Lenhoff.

A graduate of Grant County High School, Rachael excelled as a Lead Machine Operator at Meritor Inc. in Florence. Her heart found joy in nature, with a deep appreciation for wolves and the tranquility of working puzzles. Above all, her greatest devotion was to her beloved son, Logan.

Rachael's legacy of love and warmth continues through her son, Logan Ray Combs of Dry Ridge; her brother, Troy (Jamee) Lenhoff of Owenton, and the caring presence of Gary W. Combs, her special friend and father of their son. She is also remembered fondly by her nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the family's convenience, honoring the vibrant spirit that inspired her family.
