Richard Alan Lozier of Williamstown, KY was born December 9, 1957 in Covington, KY and died Friday, February 20, 2026 at his residence at the age of 68.
He was the son of the late Charles Edward and Gloria Ann Mills Lozier, he was a factory worker with several manufacturers in Northern Kentucky and a former member of the Kentucky National Guard.
Surviving: his daughter, Amber (Troy) Perry of Campton, KY; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two brothers, Charles Andrew (Liz) Lozier of Roseville, MI and Donald Ray (CR) Mills of Burlington, KY and two nephews and three nieces.
Memorial services will be 12:00-2:00pm Friday, February 27, 2026 at the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home, Dry Ridge, KY.
