Ruth Ann Sisson

Ruth Ann “Annie” Sisson, 69, of Warsaw, KY, passed away unexpectedly on Monday April 6, 2026 at her residence. Born on November 1, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Carl Andrew Bischoff, Sr., and Ola Bell Scott Bischoff.

“Annie” as she was affectionately known was married to Thomas David Sanford, he survives. She earned her Associates Degree from Watterson Jr. College and was retired from Anchor Flang Industries in Cincinnati as an accountant. Photography was a hobby she took up, as well as scrapbooking and genealogy. She had a love for her cats but had an unmeasurable love for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, all of whom lovingly called her ‘Grandma”. She was a member of South Fork Christian Church in Verona.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas David Sisson of Warsaw, KY; one daughter, Crysti Willett of hebron, KY; one son, Tony (Crystal) Willett of Carsonville, MI and three brothers: Carl Andrew (Sharon) Bischoff, Jr., Robert William Bischoff and Kenneth Albert (Gloria) Bischoff, all of Warsaw, KY. Also surviving are two grandchildren: Erick Dakota Willett, Brendan Ashley Willett and three great-grandchildren: Luna Willett, Skyler Willett and Alistair Willett.

In carrying out Annie’s wishes, there will be no services but a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
