Sandra Kay Collins Neace

Sandra Kay Collins Neace, 61, of Corinth KY entered her eternal home peacefully on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence, KY.

She was born Octoer 22, 1964 in Cincinnati, OH. She was the daughter of the late Woodroe Collins and N. Willma Napier Collins.  On August 16, 1997, she was untied in marriage to William "Bill" Edward Neace; he survives. 

After graduation from Williamstown High School, Class of 1982, Sandra went on to become a preschool teachers aid, bus driver, and custodian all for Williamstown Independent Schools. She will be remembered by many as a faithuful servant of her Lord and Savior. She was a dedicated member of Corinth Baptist Church. She had a deep passion for gardening. She found her greatest joy tending to her flowers.  Her garden was a vibrant reflection of her Spirit. It was filled with color, life and beauty. 

Those left to continue her lecgacy, in addition to her husband, William "Bill" Edward Neace; her mother, N. Wilma Napier Collins of Williamstown, KY; two brothers, Kenneth (Donna) Collins of Brown County, OH and Paul (Melody) Collins of Georgetown, KY; one sister:  Melissa (Michael) Alexander of Cincinnati, OH; two sons:  Jonathan Tyler Collins of Williamstown, KY and William Evan Neace of Dry Ridge, KY; daughter, Kellie Kayann Collins Rhonemus of Xenia, OH; eight grandchildren, Aaliyah-Jade Manning, Holden Neace, Paisley Neace, Rose Rhonemus, Beau Rhonemus, Sloan Rhonemus, Graham Rhonemus and a new grandchild expected in December 2026.

She was preceded in death by her father, Woodroe Collis and a son Matthew Paul Collins.  

Visitation will be 11:00am-1:00pm Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at the Corinth Baptist Church. Funeral services will also be Tuesday at 1:00pm at the church with burial to follow in the Williamstown Cemetery.
