Sherry Ann Morgan

Sherry Ann Morgan, of Dry Ridge, KY, passed after a brief illness, on her 88th birthday, which was Thursday May 1, 2025 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Fort Thomas. Born on May 1, 1937 in Deaconess Hospital in Cincinnati, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Franklin and Mary Magdalene Hume Foley.

On June 30, 1956, she was united in marriage to James Louis Morgan; after 62 years of marriage; he preceded her in death on August 1, 2018. She served as an inspector in Quality Control at Clarion Manufacturing in Walton. She enjoyed cooking and canning; after retirement she took up crocheting, but her greatest fulfillment came from spending time with her loving family. She was a faithful member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness in Walton.

She leaves to carry on her legacy of love to her three daughters: Cindy (Arthur) McCoy of Florence. KY, Ronda Gail (Brian James) Morgan Loveless of Covington, KY, Sheila Renee Morgan of Dry Ridge, KY and one sister, Janice Sue (Carl) Foley Holder of Louisville, KY. Also surviving are her five grandchildren: Amanda Lee (Matthew) Reed, Misti Gail Holmes, Leland James (Amanda) Holmes, Jodi (Karel) Connolly and Jacey Lee (Geoff) Rice, along with 13 great-grandchildren: Josie Hyden, Sadie Holmes, Jillian Holmes, Hope Adams, Harrison Holmes, Lincoln Holmes, Riley Holmes, Avigail Lutes, Vienne Reed, Kaelin Reed, Jacey Lee (Geoff) Rice, Alessa Connolly, Karthur Connolly and Nora Lee Rice.

A private family viewing will take place before the schedule arrival time of 1:00 PM at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Erlanger on Friday May 9, 2025 Graveside services will begin at 1:00 PM where she will be laid to rest beside her late husband, James.
