Steve Jackson, Jr.

Steve Jackson, Jr., who spent most of his life living in Florence, KY, was born in Owen County, KY on June 27, 1933 and passed away on March 5 ^th , 2023 in Cynthiana, KY.  He was the only child born to Steve and Cora Hunter Jackson.

On May 30, 1953, Steve married the love of his life, Mary Katherine Mason.  He was a US Army veteran and a retired machinist with RA Jones.  He loved his family and playing with his dog “Doodle”.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Richard (Rick) Jackson and his wife, Dorothy of Georgetown, KY, Stuart Jackson and his wife, Connie of Florence, KY, his daughter Lisa Haynes of Union, KY, 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Funeral Services for Mr. Jackson will be 1:00 PM, Thursday, March 9, 2023 at the Elliston Stanley Funeral Home at 500 N. Main Street, Williamstown, KY 41097.  Visitation with be 11:00 AM until time of services on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at the funeral home in Williamstown.
