Stuart Douglas Freeman

Stuart Douglas Freeman of Covington, Ky was born December 27, 1974 in Covington, KY and died Saturday, May 24, 2025 in Edgewood, KY at the age of 50 years.

He is the son of Lowell Guy Freeman and the late Virginia Ruth Hunt Freeman. He worked with Joe Lay Plumbing, he was a former firefighter with Williamstown Fire Department, Dry Ridge Fire Department, Florence Fire Department as well as being formerly employed with Transcare, Rural Metro, AMR, and Dry Ridge EMS. Stuart was also a member of the Burlington First Church of Christ. On August 3, 2018 he was united in marriage to his wife, Amy Marie Gullett Freeman.

Surviving is his wife, Amy Freeman of Covington; five sons, Bradyn Delaware of Richmond, Johnathan Freeman of Dry Ridge, Ethan Freeman of Dry Ridge, Caleb Freeman of Dry Ridge, and Christian Rolph of Covington; four daughters, Mayleesa Spencer of Richmond, Kylie Wilcox of West Virginia, Leigha Freeman of Dry Ridge, and Reese Rolph of Covington; four grandchildren; his father Lowell Guy Freeman of Florence; and two brothers Shawn (Kathy) Freeman of Walton and Steve (Aimee) Freeman of Burlington.

Funeral services will be at 1:00pm Saturday, May 31, 2025 at the New Bethel Baptist Church, Verona, KY followed by burial in the Floral Hills Cemetery. Visitation will also be Saturday 11:00am-1:00pm at the church.
