Sudie Brock Henry

Sudie Brock Henry of Williamstown, KY was born October 7, 1932, in Wallins Creek, KY and died Thursday October 9, 2025, in Williamstown, KY at the age of 93 years.

She was the daughter of the late Willie Crit and Bessie Mae Brock. She worked at the Williamstown Ball Factory and housekeeping for Forcht Bank, and she was a member of the Concord Baptist Church in the Golds valley Community. She also was a homemaker enjoying time with her children and grandkids. She quilted and crocheted, enjoyed crafts, gardening and canning. On June 1, 1951, she was united in marriage to her husband, Leroy Glendale Henry who preceded her in death in 2001. In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by a daughter, Dana Susan Henry; grandson, Kory Gorman; brother, Curtis Brock; and sister Mary Johnson.

Surviving are her sons, Mike (JoAnn) Henry of Williamstown, and Jeffrey Henry of Charlotte, NC; daughters, Deborah Ruth of Crittenden, Diane Henry of Dry Ridge, and Deena (Keith) Gorman of Dry Ridge; 10 grandchildren, Ammy Ruth, Josh and Eric Henry, Johnathon Gatewood, Keary, Koy, Ky, and Keara Gorman, and Ty Henry; 7 great-grandchildren, C.J. and MacKendrick Henry, Ethan and Abigail Henry, Lio and Seia Henry, and Sophie Gorman; and her sister, Shirley Ruth Dailey of Falmouth.

Funeral services will be at 1:00pm on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home Williamstown, KY followed by burial at the Williamstown Cemetery. Visitation will also be Tuesday 11:00am-1:00pm at the funeral home.
