Tony Lee Chapman , 61, of Warsaw, KY, died Sunday February 7, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center - Florence. Born Tuesday March 3, 1959 in Dayton, OH, he was the son of Mildred Mullins Chapman and the late Marshall Lee Chapman.
He was a construction worker and home builder.
Survivors, in additional to his mother: Mildred Mullins Chapman of Warsaw, KY, include one sister: Sandra Chapman of Palm Harbor, FL.
No services are being planned at this time.
