Winston Glenn “Dump” Beach, 95, entered his eternal home on Wednesday March 4, 2026 in Dry Ridge, KY. Born on October 13, 1930 in the Zion Station Community of Grant County, KY; he was the son of the late Avery and Della Webster Beach.
On September 11, 1965, “Dump”, as he was affectionately known, was united in marriage to the former Viola Maureen Florence; she preceded him in death on January 14, 2012. Being a lifetime dairy farmer, he lived a life marked by dedication, hard work and a deep love for family and God. He not only committed himself to the land, embodying the true spirit of rural life, he had a special love for horses, hunting (especially squirrels and rabbits), reading his favorite book and watching his favorite western, Gunsmoke. He was a member of Vine Run Baptist Church.
His endearing sense of humor will be forever remembered by his two daughters: “Glennie” Levin of Jamestown, TN, Jeanne (Jimmy) Carson of Oneida, TN; his four sons: David (Kay) Wilson of Ghent, KY, Dale (Micki) Beach, Doug (Cheryl) Beach and Wesley (Lorie) Beach, all of Dry Ridge, KY; his brother, Lawson (Kathy) Beach and a son-in-law, Dale Ryan of Verona, KY. Sixteen grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren also survive; all of whom lovingly called him “Poppaw Glenn”, along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his wife, Viola Beach, he was preceded in death by two grandchildren: Ryan Cady and Kaleb Beach; one brother, Lowell (late Dana) Beach and a daughter, Jennifer Ryan.
